About the Role

Join as a key member of the North American operational compliance team, responsible for:

Managing and coordinating compliance tasks related to NERC Operations & Planning standards.
Overseeing deliverables across multiple internal departments and external stakeholders.
Handling frequent shifts in priorities and interruptions with resilience and adaptability.
Applying strong judgment to define procedures and methods for new assignments, and solving complex business or technical challenges.
Demonstrating attention to detail, sound commercial acumen, and understanding of regulatory frameworks.
Building collaborative relationships across diverse backgrounds, and being receptive to coaching and development.

Qualifications & Attributes

8+ years in the energy industry with extensive knowledge of NERC compliance
Proven organizational excellence and multitasking under changing circumstances.
Self-driven, goal-oriented, and skilled in strategic problem-solving.
Coachable and open to feedback, with the ability to accept and act on direction well.
Strong communicator with proven interpersonal skills for diverse stakeholder interaction.
Detail-focused, comfortable with business metrics, and capable of interpreting and advising on operational compliance.
