About the Role
Join as a key member of the North American operational compliance team, responsible for:
- Managing and coordinating compliance tasks related to NERC Operations & Planning standards.
- Overseeing deliverables across multiple internal departments and external stakeholders.
- Handling frequent shifts in priorities and interruptions with resilience and adaptability.
- Applying strong judgment to define procedures and methods for new assignments, and solving complex business or technical challenges.
- Demonstrating attention to detail, sound commercial acumen, and understanding of regulatory frameworks.
- Building collaborative relationships across diverse backgrounds, and being receptive to coaching and development.
Qualifications & Attributes
- 8+ years in the energy industry with extensive knowledge of NERC compliance
- Proven organizational excellence and multitasking under changing circumstances.
- Self-driven, goal-oriented, and skilled in strategic problem-solving.
- Coachable and open to feedback, with the ability to accept and act on direction well.
- Strong communicator with proven interpersonal skills for diverse stakeholder interaction.
- Detail-focused, comfortable with business metrics, and capable of interpreting and advising on operational compliance.
