Reliability Compliance Analyst – Operations & Planning (O&P)
Piper Maddox have been retained on a Compliance Analyst to support compliance with FERC, NERC, ISO/RTO market rules, and Canadian regulatory requirements. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to monitor evolving standards, support audits, and ensure assets stay compliant and reliable.
Responsibilities
- Support compliance with FERC, NERC, ISO/RTO, and reliability standards
- Collect and analyze data for certifications, audits, and reporting
- Conduct internal audits and prepare compliance documentation
- Develop and maintain policies, procedures, and training materials
- Analyze system data to identify trends and improve processes
Experience & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s in engineering, economics, finance, or related field
- 2+ years of NERC/FERC experience and 3+ years in the electrical industry
- Proficiency with MS Office; Adobe Acrobat Pro / MS Access a plus
- Desired - NERC Certification, FERC experience, Renewable energy or generator operator compliance experience
