Physical Security Lead – NERC/CIP (Utilities)
We are seeking a Physical Security Lead with strong NERC CIP compliance expertise to oversee security programs and help scope projects across substations, control centers, and other critical facilities. Utilities project with no 3rd parties and no sponsorship available. In this role, you’ll lead the implementation of physical access controls, surveillance, and incident response measures to safeguard assets and ensure regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of utility/critical infrastructure security experience, strong knowledge of NERC CIP-006 requirements, and proven leadership in audits, assessments, and vendor management. Certifications such as CPP or PSP are a plus!
