Director of Industrial Security Services in
Massachusetts (USA).
This is a rare opportunity to lead the development of a new line of business focused on Operational Technology (OT) cybersecurity. As a strategic leader, you'll combine deep technical expertise, consulting skills, and business development acumen to launch and scale OT services across North America. You will work closely with critical infrastructure clients, shape go-to-market strategies, and build a high-performing team — all within a globally respected cybersecurity environment.
Accountabilities:
- Develop and expand client relationships as a trusted OT cybersecurity advisor, representing the organization at industry events and conferences
- Scope, sell, and deliver OT-focused cybersecurity services including risk assessments, perimeter evaluations, and regulatory advisory (e.g., NIST, IEC/ISA 62443)
- Lead high-impact consulting engagements, ensuring quality delivery, client satisfaction, and actionable insights tailored for both technical and executive stakeholders
- Serve as the lead consultant and account representative for early-stage U.S. clients, translating global capabilities to fit local needs
- Build and mentor a U.S.-based OT consulting team, including hiring, training, and strategic leadership
- Coordinate closely with international counterparts and internal sales and engineering teams to align offerings with market demands
Requirements
- Minimum 7 years of experience in cybersecurity, with at least 4 years specializing in OT/ICS environments
- Demonstrated expertise in OT security assessments, regulatory frameworks (NIST CSF, IEC/ISA 62443, NERC CIP), and advisory services
- Strong business development track record in industrial sectors, with the ability to close complex engagements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; capable of influencing C-suite and technical stakeholders alike
- Proven thought leadership through public speaking, articles, or conference participation
- Consulting experience in client-facing roles is required
- Preferred: Background in critical infrastructure (energy, utilities, transportation), familiarity with global service delivery models, and an existing professional OT cybersecurity network
